All of our computers and laptops comes with a 6 months warranty from date of receipt. We

are responsible for all parts and labour on any defective product which occur within the
above warranty period. If you think you have a problem with something you purchased
from us then please get in touch as soon as possible.
Every laptop we sell is fully working. Please expect laptops to show signs of wear and
tear unless we state they are brand new or look like new. Laptops may have wear
located on the lids, palm rests, plastics and or screen blemishes. We do not guarantee
battery life or battery duration as they are consumable items. They are exempt from
any warranty.
We put our laptops through an extensive refurbished program to ensure they are in
perfect condition for resale. Each laptop is data wiped to ensure any data from before is
completely deleted and we reinstall all the software so its like a brand new machine.
They are extensively tested prior to sale.
30 Days:
Any item that you leave with us for repair you will have 30 days from date of reapir to pick up your item, otherwise your item will be sold on to cover the cost of the repair.
